David Brooks suggested today that Obama should pick Sam Nunn or Tom Daschle because they could actually help him govern effectively. 

Let me be on record publicly as saying I'll vote for Obama if he picks Nunn. I will, in fact, fly the first pig to DC to shake his hand.
