Here's a guy named John Weaver, who used to be a campaign aide to John McCain, candidly assessing the current state of the GOP:

"We can’t go on being the all-male, gated-community party. We now know who our twenty-seven percent is. Parties that oppose immigration end up on the dust heap of politics."

Ya think??

Aside of the right wing hacks joking about Obama being concerned about the safety of Atlanta after the Russians invaded Georgia, we are watching the US to be shown as the paper tiger we have become.

We cannot win a war of ideology against Islamic extremists becuase we continue to feed them recruiting material with the War in Iraq, water boarding, Quantanimo, Abu Ghrab, Iran, etc. etc.

In a comment on another post, Bob M, from South Shore Progressive (peace and blessings be on his noggin) asks "Would they (Hillaristas) really rather have a McSame presidency?"

I love this. They're saying (1) they're supporting the democratic process and (2) the only legitimate outcome is for Senator Clinton to get the nod.

And the PUMA Pac founder gave 500 smackers to the GOP, but they're not GOP hacks.
