This morning's Indianapolis Star had a front-page, above the fold story focused upon Todd Rokita's increasingly shrill accusations of voter fraud. Last year, it was all those people who would impersonate legitimate voters if we didn't impose a poll tax--er, enact an onerous voter-id law.
