First we had the spectacle of Dr. Meyers threatening to sue bloggers for "mischaracterizing" his testimony (because he testified against an EARLIER version of the Erisa amendments and it was the later amendments that were dubbed a "Patients Bill of Rights").

And it may be instructive to remember that Loving v. Virginia was decided a mere forty years ago.
