Executive Director: Bil Browning Bil Browning is the co-owner and editor for Indiana's premiere LGBT blog, bilerico.com. He has a long history of grassroots activism in Indiana with groups as varied as ACT UP, Columbus Gay/Straight Alliance, Pride at Work, Indiana Equality, and Indiana Action Network. Bil successfully led the coalition of Indianapolis-area LGBT and allied organizations in 2005 to get an inclusive human rights ordinance in Indianapolis.
Technological Operations: Jerame Davis Jerame Davis is a partner in IndyNetWorx, an internet technology consulting company. He designed, implemented and hosts the AVA website. Jerame is currently finishing his degree in Information Technology at Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis.

President: William R. Groth William R. Groth grew up in Mishawaka and is a graduate of Butler University and Indiana School of Law. He has practiced in the fields of labor and employment law, workers compensation, Social Security disability, and civil and voting rights law since 1975, the last 25 years having been spent as a partner in the Indianapolis firm of Fillenwarth Dennerline Groth & Towe. He and his wife, Phyllis, an elementary school teacher, are the parents of three grown daughters.
Secretary-Treasurer: Suzann Weber Lupton Suzann Weber Lupton is an attorney with the law firm of Baker & Daniels. She has taught courses in law, ethics and public affairs at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis and at the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis.
Lalita Amos Lalita Amos hails from Lafayette, Indiana and graduated from Purdue University. She's the principal of a 10 year old business and leadership consultancy, Total Team Solutions, LLC, which provides strategic planning, business and executive coaching and training services. Lalita's an adjunct faculty member at New York University, where she teaches principles of executive coaching, and serves on Purdue's College of Liberal Arts Dean's Advisory Council. She's an avid podcaster and blogger.
John Clark John Clark is Senior Fellow at the Sagamore Institute for Policy Research, an international think tank headquartered in Indianapolis. He is also an adjunct professor of Political Science at Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis where he teaches courses on international political economy and the politics of Latin America, the Middle East, China, and Russia.
The Very Rev. Robert Giannini Robert Giannini, an Episcopal priest, has served in both pastoral and academic roles in his 38 years of active ministry. He holds a Ph.D. from St. Andrews University in Scotland and is the Canon Theologian of the Diocese of Indianapolis. For 15 years he served as Dean of Christ Church Cathedral in downtown Indianapolis.
Rev. Dr. Carol Johnston Carol Johnston is an Associate Professor of Theology and Culture and Director of Lifelong Theological Education at Christian Theological Seminary. CTS strives to provide space for reasoned public discourse on issues that concern faith communities and foster the common good.

Sheila Suess Kennedy Sheila Suess Kennedy, J.D. is Associate Professor of Law and Public Policy in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis. Her scholarly publications include five books and numerous law review and journal articles. Professor Kennedy is an Associate Editor of Policy Sciences, a columnist for the Indianapolis Star, and a frequent lecturer, public speaker and contributor to popular periodicals and websites.
Mark St. John With nearly 30 years experience in state government, non-profit agency administration and fundraising, Mark St. John is a partner in Lambda Consulting, a governmental affairs and non-profit management consulting business.
