Senate Enrolled Act 219, Breastfeeding bill

Bettina Settles | 02/29/2008 - 15:07

Nothing can get me more wound up then a State that is so far behind the times you need to throw it in to the 23rd century…..

Finally we have a bill that is for the breastfeeding mothers out there and for the business owners who par due will not waiver from their strict company policy of mothers not being able to feed their children in public.

OK…reasonable accommodation still does not put the mother and child in the fore front but we are getting there. At least now some of the Mom’s out there don’t have to worry about getting arrested due to “indecent” exposure.
