Are you bitter?

Yes I am bitter! I am bitter when money is short, health insurance premiums cause my account to become overdrawn, I am losing my house, I have teenagers that need cable TV to tell the time, I am over qualified for 38 jobs, qualified but on a 6 month list for 34 jobs, and business is slow . . .

I am bitter when a candidate can make $100 Millon dollars and berates a man that tries to explain my bitterness to those who have difficulty relating to my pain; can she even relate? I do cling to my religion when things are not good, I polish my gun as others on hard times, might choose to take my meager belongings to ease their pain. I question why others (not like me) can get loans and resources that others (like me) fail to qualify. I am bitter, upset, disgruntled,challenged . . .

And encouraged by the efforts of one candidate (even though I am far more conservative than he), as he stands to bring more of us (those like me and those unlike me) together to lift all of our boats . . .

Perhaps I might be so "bitter" if I had a stiff drink!
