Correct the Presses!

The official Pennsylvania primary results have been posted, and GUESS WHAT?

President of the United States

Democratic Primary
Candidate Votes Percent
OBAMA, BARACK (DEM)

1,043,174 45.7%
CLINTON, HILLARY (DEM)

1,237,696 54.3%

Looks like an 8% victory, not a 10% "double-digit" one.

Ray Miller | 04/28/2008 - 11:04 |  And When will the Media actually notice!?

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO tired of listening to the media sout wrong information. I keep hearing talking heads saying Clinton Won Texas and Nevade when Obama won more delegates.

And the "double digit" win my Hillary was in question by the next morning and yet tyhe punidiots are still saying he was damaged in PA by a double digit win in PA.

Lets hope you are able to pull out a win in IN and he looks to be in great shape in NC. Then let's see them call her the Comeback kid AGAIN!

Lalita Amos | 04/25/2008 - 04:44 |  Tired of Spin

I'm leaving on vacation (I'm supposed to be packing right this sec), but what I wanted to comment on is the con-slur-vative bias that seems pretty dang rampant to me. For every one Alan Colmes, there are 3 Glenn Becks, railing against the liberal bias in the media. "Help! Help! I'm being repressed!" Is he kidding, by the way? Really?

Taking a look at the news section of my TV, all I can see is a sea of white, men's faces trying to help us suss out the racial and gender demographics (all the while operating as if white and male were neither race nor gender). Long gone are the wealth of Latino news folk who were trotted out to help "explain" (read: add diverse interest to....really read: not make those channels look so bad) the Hispanic take on immigration.

Now, we have them pounding away at that pesky liberal bias which they find in every quarter and, as Sheila rightly points out, math.

Poll
Will the Choice of Biden and not Bayh Make it Harder for Obama to Win Indiana?
Yes. Evan Bayh would have energized Indiana Democrats and "tipped" the state.
0%
Maybe. But choosing Bayh would have made it much, much harder to win the election.
60%
No. Indiana voters know Bayh, and choosing him would have reflected poorly on Obama's judgment.
40%
Hard to say.
