Election Night: Is It Just Me?

Lalita Amos | 05/06/2008 - 18:38

I'm getting ready to head out the door to Sheila's. We're going to watch the election results come in. I, the wine spritzer drinker, am going to be drinking gin...from my niece's silly straw.

But before I head out, I'm watching the first of the election results coming in. Is it me, or don't the polling places in the Central Time Zone close in an hour (meaning: they're still open in da Region and in Southwestern Indiana)? I'm a suspiciousw chick, to be sure, but doesn't that kind of subvert that whole free and fair elections thing?
