Gas prices. What're ya gonna do? USAToday's released a trip price calculator that allows one to factor in the length of the trip, the car's performance and the current price at the pump.

As Bill Clinton was wont to proclaim during the 1992 run-up to president, "It's the economy, stupid." He was--and is--so right. So, I found this nugget from Senator McCain so compelling:
