A religion scholar with the Martin Marty Institute at the University of Chicago recently mused about a new website, Youvebeenleftbehind.com. Evidently, for forty dollars a year, "those who are relatively assured of their own salvation can leave a final e-mail to less fortunate loved ones who might be left behind during the rapture.

Not only has Phil Gramm told Americans there is no recession, its all in our heads, but now we learn that he invested in a soft core porn film through encouragement of his brother-in-law (BIL).

His BIL showed Phil the movie "Truck Stop Women - No Rig Is too Big" and invited him to invest $15,000! AND HE DID!

01. The Weapons of Mass Destruction Room, which no one has yet been able to find.

02. The Hurricane Katrina Room , which is still under construction.

03. The Alberto Gonzales Room, where you won't be able to remember anything.

Karl Rove actually went on TV with Bill O'Reilly and slammed the New York Times for outing a CIA agent. Seriously. Karl Rove doesn't have brass balls, they're made of cast irony. In related news, Paris Hilton called Britney Spears shallow.

Per Hunter at Daily Kos, on the Clinton strategy:

It was not a narrative, but a meta-narrative. She was electable because she was electable, and anything that disproved that theory was dismissed as an exception. It was the campaign equivalent of Intelligent Design.
